How to check DRT case status online
The official DRT/DRAT case status service lets you search one tribunal at a time. Pick the tribunal that holds your case first.
Open the DRT/DRAT case status page on the official portal (cis.drt.gov.in) and choose "DRT/DRAT Case Status" under Case Details.
Select the tribunal from the list, for example Debts Recovery Tribunal Chandigarh (DRT 1). The list covers every DRT and DRAT.
Search by Individual Case No. (case type, number, year), by Individual Diary No. (diary number and year), or use the free-text search for party name or advocate.
For a party-name search choose Petitioner, Respondent or Both, type the name and submit; the table shows diary number, case type, case number, filing date, applicant, respondent and advocates.
If a name search returns nothing, try a shorter name, a different tribunal in the same city, or the diary number printed on your filing receipt.
